Anastasis Theatre Co. presents BY A THREAD by Kim Louise. Seven women in a Nebraska prison face brutal challenges and unexpected joys, fighting to keep their humanity against overwhelming odds. Five performances in three locations from March 29-April 6. Tickets are free. Donations are welcome. Katherine MacHolmes with Collective Futures will facilitate a community conversation following the performance, where audience members, artists, and individuals with lived experience of incarceration come together to reflect on the play’s themes, share insights, and engage in meaningful dialogue about justice, resilience, and community healing.
