From its inception, the Bakersfield Women's Business Conference has been a platform for women to help grow their businesses and improve their personal and professional lives. Our one-day event provides a setting for information sharing, skills development, and personal growth that brings enrichment to the lives of all attendees.

Where should I park?

Mechanics Banks Arena parking is located off N Street between Truxtun and California Ave.

What time does registration open?

Registration opens at 7:30am.

Will breakfast be provided?

There will be a light breakfast and coffee.

Can I leave and return to the conference?

Yes, you will need to have your badge on in order to come back in.

How do I obtain my ticket?

Your ticket will be emailed to you, and you can either use the QR code on your phone or print out the ticket.

Are there any ticket discounts?

Yes, if you purchase a full table, you’ll receive a discount per ticket.

Where can I find my table number?

On your ticket, you will have your table number where you are assigned.

Does my seat number guarantee my specific seat at the table?

No. The seat numbers you see are strictly to reference how many seats are at each table. The seats at the table are first-come, first serve.

How do I get details about my VIP benefits?

A week prior to conference day you will receive an email with the specifics of your VIP benefits including any photo opportunities that are included.

Is my workshop selection guaranteed?

By selecting your workshop helps us assign speakers in rooms based on demand. However, please note we cannot guarantee your workshop selection, as attendees may decide to change their workshop day of the conference. We recommend arriving to your chosen workshop at least 10 minutes early.
