I'll send you the Zoom link to join the class 1-2 hours before the class starts.

Payment will be accepted up to one hour before the start of each class.

Cost is $6 per household, per class. Register for as many classes as you like this week, but please don't share the link with anyone outside your home who hasn't paid. Support artists and fitness professionals!

Classes will take place via Zoom every Tuesday 7-8:30 pm and Wednesday 12-1:30 pm, EASTERN TIME ZONE. (Friday April 3 is the only Friday class.)

First half hour I'll teach steps, then we dance for an hour. (Low impact or high impact, it's up to you. Adjust to your needs.)

Have fun while maintaining your health goals and boosting your energy for the long days ahead!

This is an online class. By participating, you acknowledge that the instructor will not be able to see you or interact with you in the ways the instructor would in person. The instructor may not be able to stop you from executing a movement and/or correct your form in order to prevent injury.
