  • A look at the National I/DD landscape- service delivery, payer and business models and trends.
  • What is an “Alternate Payer Model”?
  • How have other service delivery systems evolved?
  • Impact of new funding models on I/DD organizations
  • Readying I/DD organizations for success in an alternate payer system.

In addition to Kathy, we will provide a Year-in-Review recap of the 2022 insurance market and what buyers of insurance can expect in 2023.
