You are invited to reflect on your access to resources and consider what you would pay for any class that supports your wellness.
You are also invited to participate whether you can pay or not.
About your facilitators
Dr. Valerie LeComte trained as an emergency medicine physician who managed and recovered from her own burnout in the medical field. Dr. Valerie runs an integrative health practice and is passionate about helping others avoid and heal from burnout.
Amanda Kruger is the owner of Mixtape Psychedelics. She specializes in Burnout Recovery and Prevention, and uses psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to address trauma and burnout.
We have both struggled with burnout in our careers ourselves, and understand how difficult the healthcare field has been the past few years.
