Going into it's 7th year, join over 300 "Tango Burners" at the legendary <A TITLE="BurningTango" HREF="http://burningtango.us/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">BurningTango</A> Festival on the south slope of Mt Shasta in the tiny village of McCloud, CA. Not just tango, but great access to hiking, swimming, fishing, camping and, of course, the friendliest tangueros. 
Note: A series of "Pre-Burn" events takes place on Thursday & Friday, June 14 & 15, 2018 which are organzied by the instructors and DJs themselves. Admission to these events is not included with the official Full Pass Wristband, but must be paid for at the door. (Check <A HREF="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/17Wem_Kn2uhGZgYa_BZLhW_ejf0DJrlqKn1X372RGZU0/edit#gid=0" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Schedule</A> for more information.) All proceeds from these Pre-Burn events goes directly to the teachers and DJs.
The "Official" BurningTango events start Friday evening (7:00pm) and go thru Sunday evening (10:00pm) and include:

<LI>2 Mixer Milongas</LI>
<LI>5 Classes</LI>
<LI>1 Guided Practica</LI>
<LI>10 Instructors</LI>
<LI>6 DJs</LI>
<LI>2 Live Tango Ensembles (Folias Duo & The Redwood Tango Ensemble)</LI>

Also Note:
<UL>
<LI>Pre-registration for a Full Wrist Band Pass ($91 plus $5.54 processing fee) ends June 10 2018. </LI>
<LI>Full refund is available up to one day before event starts--no refunds after that. </LI>
<LI>You must have a Full Pass Wrist Band to attend any of the "Official" BurningTango events (Fri-Sun evening). The only exception is the Sat Grande Ball--which is $25 if you don't have a Pass. </LI>
<LI>If you fail to pre-register, you may purchase a Full Pass at the door for $125</LI>
<LI>Attendees who do not wear their wrist bands on their wrist will have their money refunded and turned loose at the top of Mt Shasta to be abducted by aliens or lost in the Mt Shasta Vortex.</LI>
