Fire is one of the most powerful tools available to our world and holds deep symbolism in various cultures and spiritual practices.

Fire can be a vessel for us to embrace our transformational energy as well as influence passion, creativity, clarity, and seek insight on our self-discovery journey.

We welcome you to our Burning Release Meditation workshop. The goal of this workshop is to provide a safe space to release anything weighing us down or that is no longer serving us while inviting transformation and a harmonious balance between body, mind, and spirit.

During our 45-minute virtual workshop, you’ll be guided through reflective exercises such as journaling, an open-intention setting, and a meditative fire ritual that will leave you feeling cleansed and renewed. Embark on a journey of transformation and healing with us.


*This virtual workshop will be held on Zoom

*All participants who reserve a spot in this workshop must email us a signed copy of the safety guidelines and liability clause to honeymoon.connect@gmail.com before the workshop date.


Burning Release Meditation Materials:

  • A fireproof container-This could be a fire pit, a safe container for burning (outdoors or in a well-ventilated area)
  • Firewood or materials to start a fire-Paper/sticks/etc)
  • Tongs or something reaches into the fire with
  • Matches, lighters, or candle
  • Paper/Journal, and pens
  • Comfortable seating arrangement
  • Fire extinguisher or a bucket of water to put out fire

For Saftey

  • First aid kit (as a precaution)

Optional

  • Water or refreshments of your choosing
  • Earbuds/headphones
