Burn & Bake

Co-founders of MoonMan’s Mistress (SF based artisanal paleo edible company), Jamel Ramiro and Liz Rudner, launched Burn & Baked, a quarterly pop-up fitness event promoting the healthy and responsible use of cannabis with a focus on CBD for recovery.The challenge will be lead by Ramiro, a certified Master Trainer who has been ranked “Toughest Trainer” (Inside Hook Magazine) and “San Francisco’s Most Athletic Trainer” and “Top SF Bootcamp Instructor” (ClassPass). The event is limited to 30 participants and no cannabis consumption will be allowed on site. Each participant will receive a take home a “Recovery Bag”.

Join MoonMan’s Mistress on Sunday, January 28th at 10am for "BURN and BAKED” - a pop-up style (cannabis positive) fitness event. Lead by Master Trainer Jamel Ramiro (aka “The MoonMan”), you’ll burn calories galore through a bootcamp session to help you reach your fitness goals for the new year! After the burn, you’ll be greeted and treated by “The Mistress” Liz Rudner, with healthy AND delicious breakfast cookies baked by BellyWell Kitchen, an artisanal paleo baking company. As a bonus, you’ll leave with a Recovery Gift Bag to help aid your recovery from the 55 minute sweat session. *Space is limited to 30 participants. Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle.
