Join us for a virtual BurghMeetsWorld event to discuss the question: How do we build community in a time of social distancing?

We have shifted our focus this month to meet the immediate needs that have surfaced as the result of COVID-19. The impact of COVID-19 is being felt by communities across the world, laying bare the inequities and access gaps that already exist within our systems. We recognize that, in a time where many of us face situations of quarantine, lockdowns, isolation, and social distancing, we must turn to innovative processes to come together and support each other. This BurghMeetsWorld serves as an outlet for people to share their experiences and connect with each other in Pittsburgh and across the world. By creating a digital space for human-to-human connection in a time of physical isolation, we hope to help build solidarity and gain clarity to guide our individual and collective decisions.This virtual event is free and open to the public. You will receive a Zoom link via email upon registration.
