Lindsey Germono has delivered numerous panel discussions and speaking engagements on marketing and advertising, including those at Old Dominion University, Regent University, Retail Alliance, and Seymour Johnson and Langley Air Force bases. Her agency, Germono Advertising Company, specializes in social media workshops and social media content creation. Lindsey is also the host of the Drop and Give Me 20 podcast, which received the 2017 Impact Award for Podcast Promotional Series. Drop and Give Me 20 features discussions with military entrepreneurs.
Jolie Spiers is the Vice President of Small Business for the Hampton Roads Chamber and the Executive Director of the Hampton Roads Small Business Development Center. The Chamber helps sets the conditions for business success in Hampton Roads and the SBDC provides resources for entrepreneurs to succeed. In her dual role, Jolie is a champion for small businesses at every stage of development from start up to global expansion. As a proud Air Force brat, she is excited to support veteran business advancement.
