Looking for a fun, confidence-boosting summer experience for your child? Our Gracie Bullyproof® Summer Camp is designed to help kids ages 6–13 build self-confidence, discipline, respect, and essential self-defense skills—all while having an absolute blast!
✅ What to Expect:
🛡️ Real Self-Defense for Real LifeYour child will learn age-appropriate techniques to stand up to bullies using verbal boundaries and non-violent self-defense strategies rooted in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu.
🧠 Confidence & Character-Building ActivitiesWe don’t just teach moves—we teach mindset. Campers will build confidence, focus, and a “never give up” attitude through engaging lessons and team challenges.
🎉 Games, Drills, and Team FunEvery day includes a variety of movement-based games, martial arts drills, and group activities that reinforce respect, cooperation, and coordination.
🥋 Bullyproof Belt Ceremony on FridayWe’ll end the week with a mini ceremony where campers will show off what they’ve learned and receive a certificate of completion.
👕 What to Bring:
Comfortable workout clothes

Big smile and positive attitude!

Day 1 – Bullyproof Basics
Introduction to confidence and self-defense. Kids learn how to recognize bullying, use their voice, and practice foundational techniques—all while having fun and building teamwork.
Day 2 – Healthy Habits & Skill Building
Focus on healthy choices, confidence, and refining techniques. Kids build on what they learned while developing stronger control and awareness.
Day 3 – Standing Up for Others
Kids learn how to safely help others, use verbal assertiveness, and build leadership skills while continuing to sharpen their techniques.
