Bully Proof workshop

Our Bully-Proof Kids Workshop is designed to empower children with the confidence and skills they need to handle bullying situations safely and effectively.

Led by caring, experienced martial arts instructors, this workshop combines practical self-defense, assertiveness training, and positive social skill-building in a fun, interactive environment.

Children will learn how to:
