About this event
In 2006, we learned about the one thing that changes everything through a book published on the dividends of diverse trust relationships organizations can enjoy and thrive on. All business activities become exponentially successful in the presence of trust. However, many internal and very diverse external constituents as well as today’s rapidly changing environment increase the complexity for this important business skill.
Attend this session to learn how to differentiate between three different types of trust. Understand and apply a deep empathy framework to set yourself up for trustful relationships. Utilize tactics from the field of negotiation and cultural competence to build and maintain trust in today’s business environment. Leave this session having worked towards better performance as a team leader, counselor and strategist.
Please note: no recording will be available upon your purchase; we do not record these sessions.
