About Christopher J Fernandez

Corporate Vice President, HR Services and Digital Employee Experiences, Microsoft Corporation

Christopher J. Fernandez leads Microsoft's global HR Services and Digital Employee Experiences team, developing digital strategies across HR systems, including AI-enabled solutions. He collaborates with product engineering teams to enhance employee experiences. Previously, he led HR teams for various Microsoft divisions, including engineering and research organizations. Before Microsoft, Fernandez worked in HR roles at General Motors in the USA and Switzerland.

Fernandez holds a Master of Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program. He is certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors and holds the Senior Professional in HR certification.
