EVENT SCHEDULE:
9:00 am – 10:15 am - Raising Expectations Through Transition Services in the IEP & Person-Centered Planning: Empowering Families & Youth During the Transition to Adulthood
10:15 am – 11:30 am - My Transition My Career Project Transition Resource Panel
11:30 am – 3:00 pm - Resource Fair - ·Visit and learn from several vendors on services that are available to help youth with disabilities transition to adulthood.

*Lunch is included for those who pre-register and attend the Families Together training.
PARKING:
Once you arrive and park, you will enter through the main visitor entrance at the Central Office location.
After entering, staff will assist you in getting to the stairs or elevators to access the event on the 3rd floor of the building. There will be a table where you will sign-in for the day and receive additional information. Pastries and coffee will be offered prior to the first session.
