This hands-on workshop helps 11-13 year olds understand and develop resilience through interactive activities and creative play. Using LEGO or other building blocks, participants will engage in both group and individual challenges that encourage problem-solving, emotional regulation, and the importance of persistence. The key takeaway will be a custom-built creation that symbolizes their personal journey to resilience.
