<p>Welcome to the 2022 Partners for Health Summit! This year's summit will be focused on Building Resilience in the areas of Wellbeing &amp; Mental Health. All of us have been impacted in one way or another over these last couple of years and it's time to rise up and show our resilience. This conference will include workshop sessions focused on youth wellness and resilience, the health impacts of loneliness and social isolation, and a special interactive workshop focused on accessing health services via MyChart in English &amp; Spanish. The conference will include distinguished keynote speaker, Dr. Carolyn Aldwin. We hope you can join us for this day filled with great speakers and presentation. </p><p>¡Bienvenido(a) a la Cumbre de Socios por la Salud 2022! La cumbre de este año se centrará en la construcción de resiliencia en las áreas de bienestar y salud mental. Todos hemos sido impactados de una forma u otra en estos últimos años y es hora de levantarnos y mostrar nuestra resiliencia. Esta conferencia incluirá sesiones de talleres centradas en el bienestar y la resiliencia de los jóvenes, los impactos de la soledad y el aislamiento social en la salud, y un taller interactivo especial centrado en el acceso a los servicios de salud a través de MyChart en inglés y español.
