Your Facilitators:
Amy Robinson has decades of experience running small businesses, community collaboration, and teaching mindfulness through yoga. She facilitates staff retreats, wellness workshops, spiritual book groups, emotional/social intelligence, nervous system regulation and leadership support. Amy provides 1:1 coaching and mentorship with adults experiencing major life transitions, small business owners and leaders. She also facilitates purpose driven organizations to connect to sustainable practices that maximize creativity, collaboration, and wellness for the organization and its individuals. Amy guides a deep practice of listening for what wants to emerge at the individual and group level integrating the sacred with practical. With Amy’s guidance, clients learn to connect more deeply to their innate knowing and come away with a renewed sense of purpose.

David Westerlund has been a consultant, facilitator, and executive coach for the last seven years, working with leaders who want to intentionally, learn, grow, and develop and want the same for their teams. He is passionate about cultivating connectedness, catalyzing play and joy, and specializes in leading all-staff retreats, leadership development retreats, and executive coaching so that we can work together to create vibrant organizations and communities. He believes that there is a lot of wisdom in the room and it’s our job as leaders to intentionally design and facilitate meetings and retreats so that we can tap into this often hidden wealth. David delights in walking in the forest, visiting his daughter in NYC, and serendipitously running into people and having meaningful and playful conversations!
