This training can be applied toward the Child Development/Guidance & Discipline training requirement; however, because it is less than three hours in length, additional training in Child Development/Guidance & Discipline will need to be completed to fully satisfy the three-hour requirement.

We follow NV Registry guidelines and close our trainings 15 minutes after start time and will not admit anyone or issue certificates for incomplete trainings.

Register here on Eventbrite for trainings prior to attending; participants who show up without pre-registration will not be admitted. To cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours before training. Failure to cancel your registration may result in your inability to register for future trainings.

Only registered participants with proof of valid identification will be allowed in training; please do not bring children to training as the Urban League does not offer childcare while trainings are in session.

Training Department Guidelines

You must register in advance via Eventbrite no less than 24 business hours prior to training. Only ticketed attendees will be able to participate. Only one person per registration, under one name. Priority given to our FFN Providers.

**Per Nevada Registry guidelines, you cannot miss more than 15 minutes of any training in order to receive full credit for participation.** Cancelations need to be made 24-hours prior to the training to prevent inability to register for future trainings and to give others the opportunity to take the training.

Be sure to review all information received and prepare in advance on the day of training.
