Welcome to Building Healthy Communities - Orland and Frankfort Townships event! Join us in front of the Bird Haven Greenhouse & Conservatory at 12-noon for a hike and/or 1pm for a potluck lunch.

Potluck guidelines:

  • Bring a dish that is free of animal products (meat, poultry, pork, fish, dairy).
  • Focus on whole foods like beans/legumes, fruits, vegetables, and grains.
  • Use minimal salt and no oil.
  • Share the recipe or a link to it with others.
  • Bring a chair and a small table for your shareable dish
  • Bring your own beverage to drink
  • Plates, napkins and silverware will be provided
