This training will aid practitioners and managers in creating meaningful authentic connection, networking and building strategic partnerships. Participants will learn in real-time how to network with other professionals through self-awareness techniques, methodology from experienced social services professionals, and exploration through practice
Learning Objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Engage, identify and explore the aspects of communication both verbal and non-verbal.
- Develop a set of techniques on how to engage with others, compare networking styles and identify their own system for inter- and outer- agency partnerships.
- Apply techniques for networking-immediate engagement, mastering the meet up, and successful connection.
- Demonstrate how to secure the professional partnerships and relationships they desire
