About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

The Building and Maintaining a Competitive Total Rewards Program seminar provides a roadmap for Human Resources to lead the development and maintenance of a highly effective system, and answers the question, “What are the steps to internally developing the HR expertise to design, implement and maintain a total rewards system that will attract, retain, and motivate highly qualified employees?”

Organizations can engage external experts, hire internal experts, or they can pursue a blended approach that leverages the best characteristics of both external and internal capabilities. We’ll help you understand why, generally speaking, a blended approach is best. Specifically, properly trained, and experienced internal HR staff can design and deploy a competitive pay system. However, most companies will rely on external compensation surveys to benchmark the market.

Developing and administering a professionally constructed total rewards compensation program will assist employers to pay market competitive rates and administer pay equitably among existing employees.
