Overview

Create your own ceramic toad abode—a funky little home for your garden’s tiniest tenants.

Get your hands muddy—and build a home a toad would actually brag about.
Join us for a laid-back, hands-on workshop where you'll design and build your own ceramic toad abode from scratch. Whether you're here for the garden upgrade or just want to make something a little weird and wonderful, this class is all about having fun with clay.

You'll learn handbuilding techniques to shape and assemble your toad house, then customize it with textures, doorways, and all the personality you want to pack into it. Go simple and earthy or full-on funky—we’ll guide you every step of the way.

Instructor: Caelin McDaniel

Cost: $50 per person — includes all materials, tools, and firing

Accessing the Studio:
The PACA building doors are locked. When you arrive, please call (814) 520-5089 and your instructor will buzz you in.

Accessibility:
If you need elevator access (we’re on the third floor), email info@erieclayspace.com ahead of time, and we’ll assist. The elevator is old-fashioned and cannot be called with a button.
