In this Live Session, join renowned social media creator and mindfulness teacher UnJaded Jade (1.5m+ subscribers) to uncover your unique creative voice. You’ll learn how to translate the wonderful chaos of your personal stories into clarity with the catharsis of creative work.

Whether you’re a seasoned writer, illustrator, budding social media creator or any other kind of creative, Jade will teach you how to hone your authentic voice in a series of workshopped activities using peer learning and creative exercises. You’ll learn how to find inspiration in your everyday life — to find beauty in the mundane that Jade describes as ‘casual magic’.

What Will You Learn?

In this session, you’ll work through four intentionally-crafted prompts to help you:

• Translate your life experiences into your creative work
• Build your creative identity
• Zero-in on how you want your art to impact others

You’ll understand how the secret to the best creative work isn’t grand life experiences – it’s simply paying more attention to your everyday life. You’ll learn how to look for ‘casual magic’ and learn how to channel it into your creative endeavours.

You’ll have the option to engage with other creatives in the session, to engage in peer-to-peer learning and to contribute to a wider creative project exploring how we see our everyday lives.

Who Is This For?

This class is for all levels, from the curious beginner to the seasoned full-time creative. If you’ve ever created anything, you’re qualified to be here! This session will give you the confidence to show up to your creative practise regularly, keep honing your authentic style and offer accountability to share a project inspired by your everyday life.

What To Bring:

No special equipment is required, but the tools of your chosen artistic medium are recommended (e.g pen and notebook for writers, paint and canvas for painters etc). The most essential tool is to bring an open mind and a willingness to learn! The session will take place on Zoom so we recommend making sure your software is up to date prior to the session to avoid technical difficulties.

This Live Session will be recorded. The recording will be shared with all ticket purchasers with 24-48 hours after the session.
