About this event

“Whether you are an artist or in another field, it can be difficult to create your vision of how you want to grow. Emma has an uncanny ability to ask the right questions to help you create your future.”

That’s exactly what we’re going to do in this free workshop. Bring your fears, doubts, and worries, bring your hopes and dreams, bring whatever it is you’re ready to have a breakthrough on (plus a journal and something to write with!) and we’ll breakthrough together in a safe, supportive environment.

As creatives, sometimes we feel like we’re the only ones. Some days, that is a special feeling. On other days, the feeling is isolating. This workshop is for creatives who want to be in flow with who they are so they can do their work with greater ease and create community along the way.

By the end of the hour and half workshop you will…

  • Access your voice of wisdom on your life journey right now
  • Discover what has meaning and is important: What do you want to be known for?
  • Build a community, as no one can do it alone
  • Discover how to bring inspiration to the smallest thing that you do
  • Access change with ease

Previous attendees have experienced…

  • Embodying their ideal life
  • Creative collaboration
  • Clarity on their next steps
  • Joy as they take action

Two drink minimum or food order required. Please tip your baristas & bartenders!

A little bit about me:

Hi, I’m Emma! I’ve been a musician my whole life, I studied jazz and popular music at Berklee College of Music and Cornish College of the Arts. 🎸When I was 19, I Co-Founded Girls Rock Sacramento. Back then I was touring and recording with my bands around California. My mission in life is to support creative folks to break through their bullsh*t so they can do the work.

My teaching style is process-centered, encouraging folks to be exactly who they are, which I learned in my undergraduate studies at UC Davis. 📓For the past three years, I’ve been in a rigorous coaching program, studying under Maria Nemeth, Ph. D. I have over 150 coaching hours.

As an Associate Certified Coach, I work with creatives to clarify their goals, identify their core strengths and values, and reach their goals with greater ease!
