Rebuilding Exchange invests in our communities by reusing building materials, reducing construction waste, and training, supporting, and connecting people seeking careers in the building trades.

Rebuilding Exchange

Come hang out with Rebuilding Exchange at Chicago's Lagunitas Tap Room!  At our Build & Brews Fundraiser you will drink locally brewed <A HREF="https://lagunitas.com/taprooms/chicago" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Lagunitas</A> beer and eat some delicious hand made tamales by <A HREF="http://www.yvolinas.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Yvolina's Tamales</A>.  As you sip on your tasty brew you can participate in a collective DIY project- we in the business call this a Scraptacular!

All ticket sales and beer proceeds allow Rebuilding Exchange to continue to support our mission and do our day to day work.  The Rebuilding Exchange is a non-profit social enterprise (501c3) and our mission is to create a market for reclaimed building materials. We do this by diverting materials from landfills and making them accessible for reuse through our retail warehouse, by promoting sustainable deconstruction practices, by providing education and job training programs, and by creating innovative models for sustainable reuse.
