Smith General Construction and Justice For 626, this event will take place at the AC Hotel Pasadena Old Town, 550 E. Colorado Blvd, Pasadena, CA 91101. This gathering brings together builders, engineers, lawyers, insurance specialists, and material experts to share solutions on how to build back stronger, smarter, and safer. Guests will learn about advanced building systems such as CFS (Cold-Formed Steel) Framing, AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) block and panels, 3DCP (3D Cement Printing), ARC methods, rebar innovations, and the latest in fire-resistant technologies including Class A fire-rated roofing systems. The event will also cover the opportunities and benefits of Accessory Dwelling Units, including Building Backward ADUs, the potential for multiple ADU developments, and how ADUs can increase property value, create passive income, and provide housing for multi-generational living. Attendees will hear strategies for resilient design, legal protections, insurance coverage, and investment approaches that make rebuilding not just possible, but profitable and sustainable.
