Day 1 (Sat,June 21) ET 

Kick off the bootcamp by learning the foundational concepts of agentic AI, including types of agents, autonomy levels, and the sense-plan-act loop. Dive into the architecture of Large Language Models and how they power intelligent behavior through prompts and reasoning. Through live demos and hands-on exercises, you’ll explore prompt engineering, agent structure, and how tools like LangChain wrap LLMs into actionable agents. Participants will also complete an environment setup and run their first LLM-powered script. This module builds a strong conceptual and technical base for the hands-on labs that follow.

 Module 1: AI Agent Fundamentals & LLM Architecture (Time slots are in ET)

Learn how AI agents break down complex tasks and use external tools to reason, act, and adapt in real time. This session introduces the ReAct paradigm and shows how agents use memory, planning, and decision-making loops to solve multi-step problems. You'll explore real-world trends like AutoGPT and BabyAGI, and see a live demo of a LangChain agent using web search. In the hands-on lab, you'll build your own tool-using agent—capable of deciding when and how to call an external API. By the end, you’ll have a fully functioning agent that mimics intelligent decision-making.

Module 2: Agent Orchestration & Tool Integration (Time slots are in ET)

Day 2 (Sun, June 22) ET

In this hands-on session, participants will design and build an AI agent from scratch using LLMs and external tools. Through a guided code-along, you’ll implement key components like tool functions, reasoning loops, and simple memory—step by step. You'll test, troubleshoot, and improve your agent as you go, gaining real-world experience with prompt design, debugging, and agent logic. By the end of the session, you’ll have a working agent prototype and the confidence to expand it further for your capstone project.

Module 3: Practical Agent Development (Build Your Own Agent Lab) (Time ET)

Explore how multiple agents can collaborate to solve complex tasks and communicate through structured roles and messaging. Learn real-world examples like AutoGPT and Jarvis, and build a basic multi-agent scenario. Then, shift to deployment best practices—covering environments, monitoring, cost control, and security. Participants will create a deployment plan for their own agent and receive expert feedback. By the end of this module, you'll be equipped to not only build but safely launch your AI agent into the real world.

Module 4: Advanced Topics – Multi‑Agent Systems and Deployment (Time ET)

Day 3 (Sat, June 28) ET

Start the final weekend with a keynote from a leading voice in AI, sharing cutting-edge insights into the future of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems. This 2-hour expert session will cover emerging trends, real-world applications, and inspiring demos. Attendees will engage in a live Q&A and gain perspective on how their projects align with industry advancements. The morning wraps with prep time for the participant project demos that follow.

Project Showcase & Guest Keynote (Time Slots are in ET)

In this interactive session, the first group of participants presents their AI agent projects to peers and a panel of experts. Each demo showcases the agent’s purpose, architecture, tools, and real-world application. Attendees learn from each other’s work, receive constructive feedback, and gain inspiration from diverse implementations—from multi-agent systems to real-time API integrations. The session ends with reflections and preparations for the next round of demos.

Day 4 (Sun, June 29) ET

The second round of participant project demos showcases advanced and creative agent solutions, including standout integrations like generative tools.
