This is an open invitation to company founders in the Buffalo area. The roundtable format: Come share 1 to 3 real company/founder struggles with the group and participate in moderated group discussion on possible solutions. This will be a weekly, moderated open forum, open to founders-only and capacity is limited based on venue capacity. RSVP early if you want a guaranteed spot.
 
There is an expectation of confidentiality (this is a safe space, we won't discuss problems outside of the roundtable without express permission).
 Founders can bring surface-level issues to the group (eg: which accounting/CRM software should I use?), but we would like to get into real issues (eg: should I pivot? I'm missing revenue goals, what can I do? How do I negotiate terms with my supplier? How do I resolve management team disagreements?). 
Our goal: give founders a place to discuss problems, vent, and offer solutions. From experience, it's often more fun/engaging to offer solutions to other business's problems and it ends up being a good way to force yourself to look critically at your own business. There should be a give-first mentality. Don't show up if you're expecting to lead-generate for your consulting services. If you are there to pitch sales you will be asked to leave.
