Yes, the venue is on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible.

Will this event be scent-free?

Accepted Answer

We ask that all guests refrain from wearing scented products to keep the space accessible to those with chemical sensitivities and allergies. We will have a designated scent-free seating area closest to ventilation. Though not a perfect solution, this has been beneficial to attendees at past events

What is the approach to Covid-19 safety?

Accepted Answer

In consideration for the health and safety of our community we ask that if you exhibit any signs of Covid-19 or other illness you stay home and rest. To protect those most vulnerable, we ask everyone who attends the event to wear a mask, and we will provide masks to those who do not have one.
