Join us for an evening filled with the magic of sourdough bread baking and the fizz of sparkling wines. Our expert guide, Colm, will lead you through the fascinating process of fermentation and share tasting notes that will tickle your taste buds. Sharon from The Grumpy Bakers will do a sourdough demo and reveal all of our tips and tricks for baking gorgeous bread! Sourdough starters available free to all participants.
Your ticket includes tasting boards featuring delicious Irish cheeses, charcuterie, and freshly baked breads.
