Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There are no age limits for BSidesCharm 2016.  However, most, if not all material will be geared towards those over 16.  There will be a Sat. night party at a nearby bar where you must be at least 21 to attend. 
 
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
If driving, there are various parking garages and lots are available all around the Baltimore Convention Center. 
The Convention Center Light Rail stop is right outside of the Convention Center (S Howard St at Pratt St).  The Light Rail can transport from Penn Station (MARC/Amtrak) and BWI (MARC/Amtrak/Air) 
The Baltmiore Metro Subway Charles Center station is within walking distance to the Convention Center.  Approximately 2 blocks north on Charles St at Baltimore St. 
 
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please bring a positive attitude and the willingness to listen to others and a strong desire to learn. 
Smoking (tobacco and e-cigs) and alcohol are prohibited in the venue. 
The venue also requests that no outside food be brought in.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets may be transferred to others.  Please make sure the name on the ticket presented at registration matches the name of the person presenting it. 
 
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you may update registration information after it is entered. 
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you will need to have your printed ticket in order to get into the venue.  Present the ticket at the registration table upon your arrival. 
 
What is the refund policy?
You may request a refund up to 14 days prior to the event. 
 
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
We ask that you transfer the ticket to the correct person prior ot the event.
