Our mission at Brown Girls Mentoring is to empower Black and Brown Girls through social emotional development to recognize their inherent value, cultivate resilience in the face of adversity, and foster a strong sense of confidence in their own identity. We achieve this by facilitating connections between the girls and accomplished women of color, enabling them to learn from and be inspired by shared life experiences.

 This orientation is your gateway to making a meaningful impact and becoming a vital part of our mission to support and uplift young girls of color.

What to Expect:
