Brown Girls Learn Scholarship Fund Brunch and Award Ceremony

This event, curated by the founder of The Life Equip Group, Alyssa Abernathy- Boston, is her dream to encourage women, specifically teenage mothers living in communities with limited economic resources, to pursue their desired educational goals and continued professional and personal growth and development by providing financial aid by way of scholarships.

The BGLSF Brunch is a one-day event where we will raise money towards the BGLSF Scholarship fund and acknowledges individuals who tirelessly give back to their communities, influencing change, while also empowering individuals to stay in pursuit of their dreams. Despite life's challenges that seemingly arise to hinder them. In one day, we desire to do 3 things ( Promote Philanthropy, Honor, and Empower).
