Our Mobile Team will be there to assist homeowners with filing for their Homestead Exemption that can help them save on their property taxes. We will also assist homeowners with additional exemptions that they may qualify for like Widow, Low Income Senior, Disability and Veteran.

We will also assist homeowners with signing up for our Free Owner Alert Service. There is a lot of DEED Fraud in Broward County. Criminals are filing false deeds and taking ownership of properties without the owner’s knowledge. This free notification service will notify the owner if any changes have been made to their Deed. Lastly, we will answer any assessment related questions homeowners may have.
