The Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) is primarily responsible for enhancing the economy of Broward County by recruiting new industry, supporting existing industries, and creating new value-added employment opportunities for residents. ​The Community Relations and Outreach (CRO) team promotes OESBD services, programs, and events to Broward County residents and the entire business community with a special focus on supporting small and disadvantaged businesses. Did you know there are new requirements for Broward County Construction Vendors?
On May 7, 2019 the Broward County Board of County Commissioners enacted a new ordinance establishing Apprenticeship Participation Requirements for County construction contracts over $2 million. All current and potential Broward County Construction vendors, including primes and County Business Enterprise (CBE) certified/certifable subcontractors, are invited to learn how this new ordinance affects your business. This is your time to get the details and ask questions. Attendees will learn about:

This event is hosted by the Broward County Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD). Through this program, OESBD provides support, information and resources to the business community.

NOTE: It is our intent to afford all interested attendees the opportunity to attend business development workshops hosted by Broward County OESBD. To ensure your participation, please note the following:
