This workshop will take place on June 10 through June 14 from 6pm to 9pm each day at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, TN.
Come learn about the Appalachian craft of broom making. Join master broom maker Amelia Galvas for this 5-day workshop all about brooms. Participants will learn about various styles of brooms, as well as craft a broom of their very own to take home.
This workshop is for participants ages 18 and up.
The cost of this workshop is $50. Scholarships are available.
This workshop is being held in person at the LMU Center for the Arts in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee.
