Greetings Family,

My name is Kela Davis, daughter of Linetta (Carpenter) Johnson daughter of the great matriarch of this beautiful family Claudia Brooks, and I will be serving as your host for the 2024 Brooks family reunion.

Each family has its own mix of reasons for planning a reunion, such as celebrating mile stone birthdays, weddings, or to give young kids a chance to meet and get to know their cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives; however, for me my family is the best thing that has happened to me in this lifetime.

I know we don’t see each other often but I really want this experience to be a way for the Brooks Linage to celebrate their shared heritage and culture, to exchange family stories and to honor the memories of any relatives who have passed away. Continually, I want you to invite EVERYONE you know so we can truly make this an experience that everyone will be talking about for years to come!

Hotel Room Price (Not Included in Family Reunion Payment):

• King suites are $155 plus tax/night
• 2 double bed suites are $165 plus tax/night

Reunion Price

$90 per person – If you need a payment plan please let one of the committee members know and we can work with you. We want everyone to attend this event

Method of Reservations

Hotel Reservations for the Reunion will be made by individual attendees directly. Cut-off Date

Room Reservations by attendees must be received on or before June 1, 2024, (the“Cut-Off Date”). At the Cut-Off Date, Hotel will review the reservation pick up for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether or not it can accept reservations at the Group’s rate after this date.
