Now reopened and reimagined! The redesigned park is universally accessible and environmentally forward-thinking, featuring  lush lawns, public art, concerts, and cultural events. Come visit. The future is here—and it’s never looked better.

<p>Contra is a community-oriented mash-up of swing and square dancing performed in lines. <a href="https://www.brooklyncontra.org/" title="https://www.brooklyncontra.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brooklyn Contra</a> teaches a style of community folk dance featuring great live music, dancing, and joy. Each dance starts with a lesson from the caller and a breakdown of the simple moves. </p>
