Arrive a bit early to enjoy a drink or snack from the cafe menu. This laid-back downtime allows you to unwind, support a local business, and start mingling with fellow industry professionals at your own pace.
Part 2: 6:00-6:30 PM - Informal Networking
Transition into the evening with a relaxed and open networking session. This is the perfect opportunity to initiate conversations, exchange greetings, and foster meaningful connections before the more structured part of the event begins.
Part 3: 6:30-8:00 PM - Speed Networking
Prepare for an energetic session of one-on-one conversations aimed at broadening your network. Each interaction will last around 5 minutes, with attendees rotating to ensure you meet a broad spectrum of professionals. Midway through, we will switch gears with group discussions to facilitate even more connections in an engaging atmosphere.
