<h2>Calling all teens: You are invited to hang out, relax, and dance the night away at Grand Concourse Library on Friday, June 9, at The New York Public Library&#x27;s annual Anti-Prom!</h2>The theme of the evening is Royalty: Dripped in Gold, so get ready to sparkle and glitter on a fabulous night at the Library! Special outfits are optional… but always encouraged.Our yearly summer party welcomes and celebrates young people of all orientations and gender identities and expressions. Join us for snacks, dancing, and a special free book giveaway!This event is TOTALLY FREE, although you do have to be between the ages of 12 and 18 to RSVP. (Proof of age is required and you must check any bags on arrival.)

Explore one of our enhanced Teen Centers at select locations, featuring state-of-the-art tech, 3-D printers, recording equipment, and more. Join us for free programs and events, including author talks, gaming, and movies. And, of course, discover millions of books, comics, manga, DVDs, and more—all free to borrow with a library card.
