Broker Upgrade - 40 hours REQUIRED credit.

Must attend all five sessions. Session dates & times:

December 2, Monday all day, 8:00-5:00, lunch noon- 1:00

December 3, Tuesday all day, 8:00-5:00, lunch noon-1:00

December 5, Thursday all day, 8:00-5:00, lunch noon-1:00

December 6, Friday all day, 8:00-5:00, lunch noon-1:00

December 9, Monday, all day, 8:00-5:00, lunch noon-1:00

Course cost is $695 plus optional shipping charges (unless students pick up materials before class starts and drop off check). $695 includes textbooks, notebooks, access to additional online materials. If a registration is made at least two by the same person, they will only need to pay ($645) each.

The final test on the final day. The student does not need additional tests with the state, only the test in class.

There will be a final test accessed through the student's email.

If attending on ZOOM: Zoom attendees must be present, in front of a camera and with microphone access during all the hours of the class to receive credit. Need to have reliable high-speed internet access. Zoom app works on PC, MAC, tablets, and smart phones. Zoom invitation emailed separately with class handouts. Please make sure carol@CarolsClasses.com is a safe sender in your email. Zoom invite and class handouts emailed. If you do not receive them one day before class, please let us know.

All credit card fees are non-refundable

Transfer Policy: You may transfer to a new class. If the new class is the same price or more, you will be charged the difference in payment. EventBrite does not refund overpayment so please contact us directly before transferring. Credit card fees are non-refundable.

We have small classes with fun discussions and lots of interaction. Every class has a ZOOM option with no additional fee.

Carol's Classes offers classes (in-class and ZOOM) for people wanting to explore and become real estate agents and property managers. We also offer continuing education and post-licensing classes for license renewals for Brokers, Broker Associates, Property Managers, and Residential Rental Agents. Some classes also work for Home Inspectors.

Most classes are held in the basement level (Room #B4) of The Rushmore Building, 2040 West Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702. (Located next door to Flowers By LeRoy).
