Geared for men, Broga® has been proven to bring more men to yoga studios by providing a strong and efficient practice.    Learn the pyschology behind concise language usage in class, sequencing and bringing strength and cardio vascular exercise into your yoga practice.
This intimate training, limited to 10 participants,  will allow you to connect personally with Robert and leave empowered in your personal practice, reach more men with your yoga classes,  integrate yoga into your personal training sessions and offer licensed Broga® classes with the full support of Broga®/Yoga for Men and their parent company YFM- Yoga, Fitness, Mindfullness.  
$399.00 includes on-line pre-training materials,  digital training manual, 2 Days of Live Training with Robert Sidoti, 1 Year Broga® Yoga License including social media support, access to marketing collataeral,  free subscription to YFM.TV ,  Discounts and more.
