Overview
EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique, it is a gentle self care tool that can be helpful in processing and balancing emotions.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or ‘Tapping’ is a simple mind/body technique that can help to free us from debilitating conditions and challenges.
EFT can be effective for:
- anxiety
- grief and pain
- developing healthy relationships with yourself and/or your body
- physical ailments
The method of Tapping draws on the wisdom of Eastern acupressure and Western psychology to address psychological, physical and performance challenges.
This short workshop is a pilot for group-based sessions. You are invited to explore the technique and take home a self care skill. No knowledge or prior experience necessary.
