Join the Eldred McClean Counseling Center for Brisket Bash 2026, a Texas “Fall-ish” fundraiser featuring good food, great friends, and a great cause!

Enjoy a Texas-style dinner, music, prizes, and fun trivia covering Texas, music, movies and television, mental health and wellness, and more. Bring your crew or become a Table Host for a little friendly competition.

Individual tickets are $50, or you can reserve a full table for 8 guests for $400. Table Hosts are encouraged to make the night even more fun by choosing a creative Texas “Fall-ish” table theme—think Friday Night Lights, Boots & Bonfires, State Fair, Fall at the Ranch, Tailgate Season, Cowboys & Cowgirls, or your own original idea. Decorate your table, bring your team spirit, and compete for prizes in our Best Table Theme Contest!

Funds raised will help EMCC continue providing affordable counseling, mental health education, support groups, community programming, and training opportunities for future counselors.
