In this exciting class we will be demonstrating the proper steps on how to prep, smoke, and serve a mouth-watering Wagyu brisket!

Our brisket expert will provide the essentials on how to properly smoke a mouthwatering brisket. While you enjoy a complimentary beverage listen to our expert provide you step-by-step education on how to trim, prep, rub (or brine) and cook. You’ll also learned additional details around wood smoke profiles, temperatures, timing, wrapping, slicing, and serving.Speaking of serving…get ready to eat some pre-smoked brisket samples and sandwiches that our in-house culinary team will put together that day. Be sure to come hungry!When you register for the class, don’t forget to pre-order an R-C Ranch Wagyu brisket, offered at a special price of $75. You can choose to order a pre-smoked brisket or an uncooked brisket so you can try out your new cooking skills.We look forward to smoking a brisket with you soon!
