Your ticket includes:

One 100% wool open-crown hat
Guided hat shaping and styling instruction
Access to ribbons, hat bands, feathers, and decorative elements
Branding and finishing assistance
A finished, custom hat you take home the same day

Are flowers included in the ticket price

Accepted Answer

No. Dried floral bouquets are available as an add-on:
*Small Bouquet – $12
Medium Bouquet – $20
Large Bouquet – $30
You’ll select and pay for your bouquet option in advance or at the event while supplies last.

Do I need experience to participate?

Absolutely not. This experience is beginner-friendly. We guide you step-by-step—no design or hat experience required.

Question 4

How long does the experience take?

Accepted Answer

Each guest is assigned a one-hour time slot to ensure personal attention and quality results. Please arrive on time for your selected slot. If you need more time, don't worry, we won't rush you out the door. You will have time to finish your creative masterpiece.

How many tickets are available?

This is a limited-capacity event with 15 total spots.

Question 6

What is your refund or cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel 24 hours prior to the event. If you have to cancel after that time frame, we will schedule a time for you to complete your hat on a different day. If you cancel, you will be responsible for the $10 ticketing fee. This will be deducted from your refund by Eventbrite.

For safety reasons, this experience is not suitable for small children. The hat shaping process involves heat, steam, sharp tools, and delicate materials that require full attention. For everyone’s safety—and to ensure a quality experience for all guests—we ask that small children remain at home.

Do I have to pay in advance?

We will accept walk ins on the day of the event. However, a ticket guarantees a hat will be available for you.
