Eat for Equitybuilds a culture of generosity through sustainable community feasts. We are a nonprofit that organizes regular benefit dinners, engaging communities to eat, drink, give what they can - and together, raise thousands of dollars for a greater cause.

Eat for Equity Minneapolis

Join us Thursday, May 2, at Franklin Steele Park off Portland Avenue in Minneapolis as we share a meal with the communities surrounding I-94 and I-35W. Everyone is welcome to attend the family-style, sit-down dinner, which is free of charge. This is an opportunity for neighbors to meet, share a table, and have a conversation with MnDOT staff and construction workers about rethinking I-94. The meal will feature food from cooks from the neighborhoods close to the bridge. The meal will include halal, vegan, and gluten free options. What: A community meal bringing neighbors together during construction, with great neighborhood food and kid-friendly activities.
