Bridges of Poplar Creek Golf Outing

Join the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates and Special Leisure Services Foundation to support recreational programs for children and adults with disabilities. Golfers will enjoy lunch, dinner and drinks along with 18 holes at the beautiful Bridges of Poplar Creek Golf Course. All proceeds will support Special Leisure Services Foundation (SLSF), the fundraising arm of Northwest Special Recreation Association (NWSRA) and the Rotary Club of Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates.

Your participation will support SLSF in fundraising towards our 5 pillars: general programs, inclusion, athletics, scholarships and accessible transportation. NWSRA provides recreational programs so that children and adults with disabilities have the opportunity to have fun, make friends, be included, go new places, learn new things and celebrate their lives.

Member clubs meet weekly to plan and deliver service projects, discuss community and international issues, and enjoy fellowship. Clubs are nonpolitical and open to every race, culture and creed. The Schaumburg/Hoffman Estates club is dedicated to its community and those we work with in service.
