In this two-hour lesson, an experienced machinist / instructor will work with you to advanced your skill with a Bridgeport knee mill. The lesson will be tailored to your experience level, whether you're a beginner or have a lot of experience.
About the instructor:
Ken Wright is a full-time Precision Machining Instructor at Southern Maine Community College. After working construction for about ten years after high school (climbing cell towers), he completed the Precision Machine Tool program at SMCC, graduating in 2014 with high honors.
Ken worked for ten years at Hunting Dearborn in Fryeburg Maine, in the CNC Milling, Solar Turbine Department, and Oil & Gas departments, the last five years as a Project Manager. While there, he attended University of Southern Maine part time, graduating in 2019 with a BS in Technology Management.
